Student Leader
During the 2012-2013 academic year I was chosen to be a Campus Rec Student leader. With this role I was assigned more responsibility. I was also the team leader for one of three student work-op groups. as the team leader I helped new and returning students transition into their positions with Campus Rec. I was also there to help and answer any questions about the facility or the process of the organization.
With my gained leadership ability and job knowledge I was also hired on as a Casual worker. When working as a casual I would be incharge of the Gymnasium facility and the events that were taking place. This enhanced my knowledge and skill set within facility management and gave me a great opportunity to work to have the responsibility to be able to work independently in a 20,000 square + facility.
